Stark Naked will focus on pure sales promotions techniques "to differentiate the agency from others that are increasingly diversifying and getting bigger", said Ellis.
In line with the experience of its founders, Stark Naked will specialise in the drinks, female leisure and FMCG sectors.
A creative director is already is place, but Ellis declined to name him.
Ellis added she is aiming for Stark Naked to generate turnover of more than £3 million over the next five years, on it's "getting under the skin of consumers" proposition.
She added that talks with a number of potential clients are currently under way.
Both Ellis and Walker left Leeds-based Poulters in November, after notching up 22 years of service between them.
"We'd run a department and handled the biggest clients at Poulters and we wanted to do it for ourselves, and do it differently," said Ellis
Jane Howarth, previously business development director at Tequila Manchester, has taken over from Ellis as head of SP at The Poulter Group.
