The Novus Leisure subsidiary has appointed Emma Howe to lead the sales and corporate team and implement a development strategy and growth plan.

Howe has been promoted from corporate national account manager. Before joining Late Night London she worked for Red Letter Days.

Her role will involve delivering the marketing plan and engaging with existing FTSE 100 clients and agents.

Howe said: "The challenge of leading this team, developing the growth strategy and continuing to offer the standards of service we’re known for is something I’m already relishing."

Part of the focus on growth is to increase the level of pre-bookings to 75 per cent of business across the 52-strong venue portfolio. Pre-bookings and corporate events are recognised as increasingly integral to the business’s success.

Late Night London venues include Tiger Tiger, Balls Brothers, Bar Soho and Piccadilly Institute. Parent Novus was bought by LGV Capital and Hutton Collins for £100m last summer. The move will support a strategy of doubling the group’s size in three years.
