Langham Works hires Dunnhumby's Groom for Tesco

LONDON – Langham Works, the media neutral planning agency formed out of the merger of Davies Little Cowley Fiddes and MBO London, has hired Dunnhumby account manager Terri-Ann Groom to head up the Tesco Personal Finance account.

Groom joins the agency as senior account manager and is the first appointment since the merger was announced last month.

At Dunnhumby, Groom led customer acquisition and retention campaigns for clients such as BMW and Hyundai, and managed the build and launch of first customer segmentation of behalf of Tesco Personal Finance.

The agency is headed up by five founding partners: Gareth John, Hywel Davies, Don Cowley and Tim Sykes from DLCF; and MBO's Jeremy Taylor. It employs 30 staff.

Its clients include Chrysler Jeep UK, Tesco Personal Finance, The Telegraph Group, The Consumers Association and DFDS Seaways.
