Kristof Fahy, chief marketing officer, William Hill

Fahy has been at William Hill for nearly four years, but 2013 has been particularly good for him as the betting brand’s first-half results show: 44% year-on-year growth in online sportsbook net revenue and 119% in amounts wagered via mobile. Fahy has been a key member of the executive team driving the transformation of the brand, which has re-entered the FTSE 100 for the first time in seven years.

He has recently been handed responsibility for customer service across the group. Outspoken and witty in equal measure, Fahy is a popular fixture on the conference circuit.
