Kellogg has parted company with a key UK executive and is currently without a top permanent European marketer.

Francois Rouilly, vice president marketing Europe, will head Kellogg's French operations.

His role is being filled on an interim basis by Tim Mobsby, who has been with Kellogg for 27 years, including a spell as European managing director.

Mike Taylor, UK general manager of snacks and sales director, has also left the company. 

Taylor is being replaced by Phillippe Peuch, previously European marketing director.

In June last year, sales director Taylor took on the additional responsibility of general manager of snacks following the departure of  long-serving marketing director Kevin Brennan.

revelation that the cereal marker was on the hunt for a UK managing director after parting company with Greg Peterson, who had held the job for five years.

The cereal maker is continuing to struggle to boost UK sales.

Separately, Rouilly has switched from the role of senior vice president marketing – a role which has she has held for around a year – to head its French operations.
