The firm has an established partnership with The All England Club that dates back to 1982.
The new deal, which commences in 2013, will see it continue to build on its hospitality experiences for guests including its Gatsby Club facility.
All England Club commercial director Mick Desmond said: "After a very competitive tender process we are delighted to award a new five-year hospitality and overseas tours contract to Keith Prowse as our senior partner in this field.
"We have worked closely with Keith Prowse for 30 years, during which time they have consistently delivered top quality customer service at The Championships."
Keith Prowse also holds contracts at Twickenham, Lord’s, Kia Oval, Edgbaston and Henley Royal Regatta.
