KBH already held the onboard advertising contracts for First Capital Connect Thameslink and First Capital Connect Great Northern.
Through the new agreement, KBH said it will reach 140,000 passengers every day through 2,000 ad panels on 60 trains that run into London Paddington station.
As part of the contract, KBH will install and upgrade the train panels on First Great Western suburban services and then its long-distance trains.
Martin Kelway Bamber, commercial director of KBH, said the win strengthens KBH's dominance of onboard advertising in the South East of England. With the First Great Western win, KBH said it now controls 40,000 panels on the main commuter routes into London.
Alongside its First contracts, KBH manage advertising on National Express East Anglia, Southeastern, South West Trains, Stansted Express and the London Overground.
