John Farrell named to AAF's hall of achievement

- John Farrell, president of DMB&B/North America, has been named by the American Advertising Federation to the ranks of its Advertising Hall of Achievement, which recognises outstanding achievement by those aged 40 and under.

Farrell, a former chief executive of DMB&B London was among six recipients selected from a field of 43 candidates. In addition to Farrell other recipients were: Keith Clinkscales, president and chief executive, Vibe Ventures; Andrea Jung, president and chief operating officer, Avon Products; David Angelo, executive vice president and executive creative director, Cliff Freeman; Eleo Hensleigh, senior vice president of marketing, Disney/ABC Cable Networks and David Steward, president and chief executive, TV Guide.
