JLS will be headlining the entertainment at the venue on Thursday 22 July, just before they embark on an arena tour later in the year.
Other artistes to perform at the events include James Morrison and Simply Red.
Epsom Downs Racecourse managining director Rupert Trevelyan said: "Simply Red, James Morrison and now JLS form a line-up that will appeal to both music and racing fans alike and with two further announcements to be made, we are looking forward to staging five very exciting and entertaining fixtures in July".
Epsom Live is a series of evening fixtures every Thursday in July which feature live racing on the world renowned Derby course followed by a live outdoor concert each week.
