Jamie Oliver's food festival to feature Renault and Laurent-Perrier

Renault, Laurent-Perrier and Birra Moretti will be delivering experiences at the 2015 instalment of chef Jamie Oliver's food-focused event, The Big Feastival.

The annual three-day event, which is produced by Taste Festivals, is set to take place from 28-30 August at Blur bassist Alex James’ Cotswolds farm. 

Renault

As the official automotive partner of the festival, Renault UK will be offering a free shuttle service from the main festival site to the glamping area, in its .

The brand is also activating the Renault Family Zone, which will feature a sandpit for kids, as well as an obstacle course inspired by the brand's partnership with Men’s Health's ‘Survival of the Fittest’ race. 

Laurent-Perrier

The Big Feastival has teamed up with Laurent-Perrier to deliver its VIP Lounge, which will feature a private bar, garden area and toilet facilities. A complimentary glass of champagne or pint of Birra Moretti will be served on arrival.

Alternatively, attendees will be able to purchase the champagne brand’s Cuvée Rosé offering at its champagne bar located away from the VIP area. 

Birra Moretti

The Italian lager brand has devised two bar experiences for the event. Café Moretti will offer a relaxed atmosphere, where guests will be able to select authentic Italian snacks from ‘bubbles and nibbles’ specialists, Cin Cin to pair with their beverages. 

The more upbeat Bar Moretti promises music including live DJ sets, as well as foosball tables and deck chairs.

Weston’s

The cider company will be bringing its brands, including Mortimers, Wyld Wood, Old Rosie and Henry Weston to the festival, encouraging consumers to vote for their favourite. 

AEG

The appliance brand is delivering the AEG Big Kitchen, where top chefs including Jamie Oliver, Raymond Blanc, Nathan Outlaw, Anna Jones and health advocate Deliciously Ella will deliver cooking demonstrations.

The AEG Let’s Taste Live Cooking area will see festival-goers take part in hands-on cooking sessions delivered by Steve Brown from The Cookery School at Daylesford.

The brand’s Family Kitchen offering will provide parents and children aged eight or older with the opporutnity to test out new cooking techniques with chef Kathy Slack.

Weber

Barbeque brand Weber will be bringing its Weber Grill Academy to the Big Feastival, where attendees will be able to take part in free 30-minute ‘cook-a-long’ sessions that are designed to showcase the versatility of the humble barbeque.

Different dishes will be covered across the sessions, including:

  • Jerk chicken with sour cream
  • Berry pancakes
  • Pizza
  • Juicy Lucy burger 
  • Kofta meatball skewers
