Jamelia, whose hits include 'Superstar' and 'Thank You' is considered hot property right now after being nominated for three Mobos, two Digital Music Awards and a Urban Music Awards gong so far this year.
Jamelia, whose long limbs are regularly flaunted on stage, is set to be a presenter at November's star-studded MTV Europe awards in Rome and is being tipped for global fame.
An insider said: "It will be a big-money deal -- but Jamelia is definitely worth it. She's so hot at the moment, especially after her three Mobo nominations."
Stevens, the former S Club singer, landed herself in hot water last year after she appeared wearing Agent Provocateur knickers in a magazine shoot, despite having signed a £100,000 sponsorship deal with Pretty Polly.
It is believed that this contributed to Pretty Polly ending the deal with Stevens, whose solo career has been lacklustre since manufactured group S Club, which was a Simon Fuller creation, split.
The new Pretty Polly billboard campaign will roll out across the UK from October 1.
