The strike by unions Bectu and Amicus, over a long-running pay dispute, is likely to affect ITV productions at London Weekend Television, Granada, Yorkshire TV and Manchester based studios 3sixtymedia.
The strike is schedued to begin at 7am on Friday April 8 and end at 7pm on Saturday April 9. It could rob viewers of the chance to see Ken and Deirdre's much anticipated 'Coronation Street' wedding.
Both 'Saturday Night Takeaway' and 'Hit Me Baby One More Time' are produced by Granada and go out live on Saturday nights between 5.45 and 7.45pm.
Filming on soaps such as 'Emmerdale' and 'Coronation Street' is also likely to be affected.
The two unions have said they will take further action at the London Weekend Television studios on London's Southbank on April 15 if the dispute is not settled.
The strike follows 55% of union members' rejecting of a 3.3% pay offer after a ballot last week. The unions say pay at ITV is barely in line with inflation following years in which pay at ITV has fallen up to 19% behind increases in average earnings.
Last month, ITV announced pre-tax profits of £340m after a year of cuts and restructuring.
Sharon Elliot, Bectu's supervisory official for indepencent broadcasting, said: "In a year when the company has exceeded its cost-cutting targets by 20% and cut more than 1,500 jobs, ITV staff deserve a substantial increase."
