ITV relaunches 'This Morning'

LONDON - ITV is giving its flagship daytime show This Morning a brand overhaul in preparation for when the show returns from its summer break on 1 September.

A new title sequence will introduce the show and new features will be included  on topics such as food, home & garden, style & beauty, health & well-being and showbiz.

Branding agency Lambie-Nairn worked with ITV Creative to develop the re-brand. They are creating a new identity to reflect new personalities on the show.

The 21st series of This Morning will introduce Peter Andre as showbiz reporter, designers Linda Barker and Danielle Proud, the gardener Diarmuid Gavin and the chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.

New co-host Holly Willoughby starts on 14 September after Fern Britton left the show at the end of the last series. Phillip Schofield will also return on 14 September with Friday presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford covering for the duo in the meantime.
