ITV and NatWest have unveiled the winners of the Backing Business Competition, each of which received a TV ad worth more than 拢150,000.
Eco-friendly greetings card brand Loop Loop’s ad stars a nervous octopus who – after seeking solace from a Mancunian crocodile – finally embraces the flora and fauna she was once afraid of.
A creative design programme that aims to build confidence in girls aged 13-17, Sisterhood’s spot follows a mother as she declares that her teenage daughter "deserves to be seen and heard" alongside clips of the teen revising, socialising and sleeping. It ends with the brand’s tagline: "Where girls can design their place in the world."
Loop Loop’s ad launched this week, while Sisterhood will make its small screen debut next week followed by an ad for fellow winner The Little Loop (a marketplace for children). Loop Loop’s ad was created by Ronaldo Tavares and directed by Antony Farquhar-Smith through Agile Films. Sisterhood’s spot was created by Tim Snape and directed by Lucy Bridger through Agile Films.
