Kate Bradshaw, previously director of new-media production at sports, entertainment and media firm IMG, has joined the broadcaster as head of online commissioning.
Marc Webber, who worked for The Sun Online as assistant editor, has taken on the role of head of content at ITV Broadband.
Webber will be in charge of content across ITV.com, while Bradshaw will manage relationships with production houses, as well as managing the content production process.
The hires are aimed at injecting impetus into content on ITV.com, following the relaunch of the site in July 2007.
