Hillier joins from the Royal Institution of Great Britain, where she worked as an events and conferences executive.
In her new role she will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting awareness of the brand and developing relationships with existing customers.
She has several years’ hospitality and events experience including spells at The Grand Floridian, Walt Disney World Florida, The Palace Theatre Manchester and the Echo Arena Liverpool.
She has a postgraduate certificate in event planning and hospitality management from the University of Central Florida and a BA (Hons) in arts music and entertainment management from Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.
Hillier said: "I can’t wait to get started. I like generating enthusiasm towards new initiatives to bolster new business opportunities and enjoy working in social environments where people are the focus of my work. I look forward to my new role."
