Itraffic hires Abrahams from mOne to head media

LONDON - Itraffic has poached Ilana Abrahams from the New York agency mOne to head its media division.

Abrahams replaces Alain Portmann as media director. He left the company recently to pursue other interests.

Before joining mOne/Ogilvy One in New York, Abrahams was a business director in the UK for Mindshare, working on clients such as Nike, PlayStation and Kraft.

At itraffic she will head the media planning and buying team, and will oversee the interactive media strategies of clients such as British Airways and Hilton International.

Jon Sharpe, managing director of itraffic, said: "Ilana brings a wealth of global interactive media knowledge to itraffic and we're hugely excited to have attracted an individual of such high calibre."

Itraffic creates online campaigns for a wide range of clients, including Freeserve, Heineken and Cable & Wireless.
