Visit London has joined forces with the UK chapter of the International Special Events Society (ISES).
ISES will support the tourism body in promoting the capital as an events destination and help in the bidding process for major conferences and events.
"ISES UK is a national association, but we recognise the exceptional role that London plays in staging live events for global organisations," said ISES UK president Philip Hughes.
