
The two-year initiative, titled Iris Potential, will see up to eight successful applicants undertake four rotations across the business, including a stint with one of Iris' specialist disciplines - which include experiential, digital and sponsorship.
Iris ranked 10th nationally in this year's Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For' list and has achieved a consistent 80% retention rate for graduates over the past seven years.
"The key thing that the industry needs to recognise is that the next generation of agency leaders are going to have to be able to integrate disciplines, geographies and work across client boundaries, and this scheme - as one of a raft of new people products we are introducing - aims to help them build the capability they need to become a global industry leader," Iris global talent director Kathryn Pritchard.
