Iris hires BT's Kathryn Pritchard as global talent director

LONDON - Integrated agency iris Worldwide has appointed former BT head of organisational development and design, Kathryn Pritchard, to the newly created role of global talent director.

Pritchard, who starts in July, will report in to the agency’s joint CEO and founder Stewart Shanley.  Her remit will include board-level recruitment and building the agency’s regional management capability.

Iris was recently ranked in.

Pritchard has more than 15 years’ experience in HR roles at BT, the Royal Mail, and the BBC and qualifications from institutions including Harvard Business School. 

Her most recent role at BT, which she’s held since 2006, saw her responsible for the organisational development and talent management of its Group Functions population of 4,000 people.

Iris now employs over 650 people in 13 offices worldwide.
