IPC's Kevin Cordray joins DMA board

LONDON - IPC Media direct marketing director, Kevin Cordray, has been appointed to the board of the Direct Marketing Association.

Cordray joined AOL Time Warner-owned IPC in March to run the subscriptions, database, fulfilment and mail order/reader offers at the consumer publisher, which publishes magazines Loaded and the NME.

Before moving to the UK, he worked for US publisher the Meredith Corporation and was vice-chair of the DMA of America's Ethics Operating Committee.

Jenny Moseley, chairwoman of the DMA said, "It is important that we keep the right balance of skilled industry professionals in the DMA Board, and that each time there is a vacancy between elections, we find someone of appropriate knowledge and experience to add their skill sets. I know that Kevin will bring a lot to the table and we all look forward to working with him."

The DMA Board comprises 13 client and 12 supplier representatives with an independent chairperson.
