The deal was brokered by IPC+ international publisher by Sirilya Nawalker and will be published under a licence by Caxton.
Caxton signed a deal with IPC in 1999 that secured it rights to use material from IPC magazines.
The UK Edition of Woman & Home has seen circulation soar by 12.6% in the past 12 months to an average monthly sale of 332,646 copies.
The move comes just a day after the magazine giant edition is set to emulate Golf monthly鈥檚 newly launched Spanish edition
Woman & Home editorial director Sue James said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 really exciting to see that the brand new attitude that Woman & Home鈥檚 readers are tapping into in the UK has real international appeal, and that women in both the UK and South Africa respond to the same editorial look and voice.鈥
Caxton publishes a raft of regional newspapers in South Africa, alongside a daily national title and 13 magazines.

IPC sends Woman & Home to South Africa
IPC Media鈥檚 monthly glossy title Woman & Home is extending its brand with the launch of its first international edition in South Africa.
