
Web User and Webuser.co.uk offer internet and computing advice, as well as hardware and software reviews. The fortnightly printed title, priced £2, has an ABC circulation of 31,619 copies.
Dennis will acquire the brand – currently published within the IPC Inspire portfolio – with immediate effect. There will be no interruption to the publishing schedule of the title.
Dennis has retained the entire editorial and advertising teams, apart from publisher Alex Robb, who will remain working at IPC across a range of titles.
The magazine's staff will move to the company’s central London office within the month, and the title will become part of deputy managing director John Garewal’s portfolio.
James Tye, chief executive of Dennis, said: "Web User has a distinctive style and a strong consumer voice, and will make a superb addition to our technology portfolio.
"This is now the fifth acquisition we have made in the past 18 months and underlines our commitment to continue to grow the company, both in print, online and the digital magazine space."
Dennis Publishing produces a range of titles in the specialist technology and digital sector, including PC Pro, Computer Shopper, Custom PC and Micromart.
Tye said: "What we didn't have before however, was a real consumer title in this area. It's much more feature-driven."
Last year, Dennis Publishing closed the after a continued decline in sales.

IPC announced last week that it was selling niche titles and to Kelsey Publishing and Anthem Publishing respectively.
