IPC restructures Ignite! sales as launches are planned

LONDON - IPC Media is restructuring its IPC Ignite! sales division in preparation for launch activity in the music and men's sectors.

Ignite! has split its magazine-specific teams into two newly created groups: consumer and music. Both groups will report into Jason Campbell, who takes the newly created role of display advertisement director.

The restructure comes ahead of expected launch activity from IPC, with Ignite! expected to be a key area of focus. Mike Soutar, IPC's editorial director, is leading a team focusing on new product development.

Campbell, previously head of display sales for Loaded and Webuser, will report into Ignite! group advertisement director Karl Marsden.

Marsden said: "This major restructure reflects our commitment to providing the best for clients. With our two main display teams now working through a single director we are better placed to really get the best out of such iconic brands."

Ollie Scull is promoted to the role of consumer sales ad manager at Ignite and Mia Appelbrink to music sales ad manager.
