IPC continues to shake up ad teams announces key changes to ad team

IPC has continued its ad shake-up, appointing two new executives to its sales team and making key changes to its classified management group.

Gareth Williams has been poached from Associated Newspapers and will now take up the role of senior sales executive, selling across the IPC Ignite! portfolio of Nuts, NME, Loaded and Uncut. Williams was formerly an agency sales executive across the Evening Standard, ES Magazine and London Lite.

Domenico Cattini has been promoted to the role of new-media sales executive in IPC Ignite!'s digital team. Cattini will have responsibility for display and integrated solutions across NME.com, nuts.co.uk, loaded.co.uk and uncut.co.uk.

The announcements come a week after News International's Darren Davidson and Virgin Media TV's Kevin Brown were appointed to beef up IPC's digital team.

Meanwhile, IPC Classified head of sales Steve Mitchell has been promoted to take on responsibility for the equestrian and shooting portfolios and head IPC Classified's luxury team. Mitchell was formerly the head of sales for IPC Southbank, IPC Connect and IPC TX. He is replaced by Romano Sidoli, who has been promoted internally.
