IPC Connect ad boss defects to Desmond

Express Newspapers has poached IPC Connect advertisement manager Victoria Hazell to run its magazines division.

 

Hazell joins as group magazine controller, taking responsibility for Express Newspapers鈥 growing portfolio including OK!, New! and Star, alongside newspaper supplements S:2 and Saturday.

 

IPC has decorated Hazell with countless awards in recent years, with its Advertisement Manager of the Year for 2002 to 2003 and manager of its Advertising Team of the Year last year.

 

Stan Myerson, joint group managing director at Express Newspapers, said: 鈥淚 am very pleased to welcome Victoria to the Group.
