LONDON - The battle for control of Sugar publisher Attic Futura is down to a fight between IPC and German publisher H Bauer.
Attic, which was put up for sale earlier this year by its Australian owners Pacific Magazine Publishers, is believed to come with a price tag of around £55m.
As well as Sugar, the company also publishes Inside Soap, CD:UK and Shine. IPC publishes Loaded and Marie Claire, while Bauer publishes Bella and Take a Break.
