The charity Inspiring Girls International builds upon its #RedrawtheBalance campaign by highlighting gender bias in the animation industry, where only 29% of animated characters are women.

The ad by MullenLowe London reveals new female characters and invites viewers to "redraw the balance" by developing new animated role models for children.  

Katrina Encanto, EJ Galang and Richard Denney created the film, which was directed by Sophie Marka through Strange Beast. 

Last year’s film exposed gender stereotyping by showing primary school children who were asked to draw a firefighter, surgeon and fighter pilot.
