Number of people in the team

Ten.

Who does what?

Victoria Pickford is sales director; Dale Lovell is editorial director; Mike Hawes is director of operations; Maire Bonheim is assistant editor; Amy Elkington is traffic manager; Andrew Howard is design manager; Darren Lynch is head of design; Ben Harraway is senior developer; Scott Fitzpatrick is a developer and Chloe Addo is editorial assistant.

Who is the biggest character and why?

Mike Hawes, undoubtedly - never happier than when surrounded by a gaggle of gossiping women or inflicting the Bee Gees' "Best of" compilation on the office for the 100th time. He has a daily inbox that would make other men weep, but somehow always manages to keep a smile on his face.

What is your office atmosphere like?

Fired up by regular pick-me-ups from one of two coffee shops equidistant to our new offices in Windsor - Claremonts or Brown Bag. It is an ongoing office debate as to which does the best latte. For a small team managing a number of different websites, we are faced with ever-changing demands, but we are a young crew that thrives on the challenge.

What stands you apart from the rest of the industry?

Our unique position allows us to work with advertisers in nearly any sector and tailor advertising campaigns for them, regardless of budget. We adopt a flexible approach to each campaign and offer many a creative solution where some larger publishers cannot. As a small team, we can also work to extremely tight deadlines. We take pride in the fact we are able to seamlessly tie in advertising solutions with our expert content, something that has seen visitors to our websites - and ad revenues - increase month by month.

What does it take to get a job in your team?

The ability to learn quickly and take the initiative is essential. A sociable nature and an understanding of the internet are important too, but the ability to carry nine large coffees unaided and a high tolerance for caffeine and Bee Gees classics are also a distinct advantage.

Where do you all let your hair down?

Mike likes to attend '70s disco nights, but the rest of us tend to opt instead for regular visits to some of Windsor's more popular pubs and occasional trips to London, when work schedules allow. As anyone who has attended in the past will tell you, our annual Race Day and drinks reception, held every July, is slowly becoming a major event for those in the know in the new-media industry.
