We focus on understanding our clients and affiliates' businesses and helping both parties maximise commercial opportunities. We were the first agency of our kind to launch in the UK and, with 17 people in the team, we are now the largest specialist affiliate agency, working with clients such as eBay, DSGi and Alliance & Leicester.
Who does what?
Mark Kuhillow is managing director, Colin Telford is affiliate director and Amy Swatkins, Richard Wright, Chris Worthy and Michelle Anthony are all senior programme executives. Pooja Kashyap is our head of client services, James Skelland is technical solutions manager, Matt Holden and Daniel Austin are programme executives and Steve Battersby is our financial controller, assisted by Jenny Scowcroft. Completing the team are data manager Sean Fairbrother, strategic account director Robert Edis and new business development executive James Winfield. We also have two non-executive directors, Philip Hunt and Mark Goldman, who sit on our board.
Who is the biggest character?
James Skelland, who is famed for maintaining one of the biggest Jon Bon Jovi blogs in Europe - there are often chants of "Jon Bon" when he walks through the office. He also claims to be a semi-professional hockey player.
What is your office atmosphere like?
We have a lot of good banter and humorous conversation matched by a competitive edge. A Pro Evolution Soccer tournament is currently taking place on the office PlayStation3, just to boost our competitive egos.
What stands you apart from the rest of the industry?
We're extremely dedicated, passionate and educated. We're able to understand our clients' businesses and their affiliate marketing requirements. We also recently won the business for eBay, one of the largest contracts of its type in Europe.
What does it take to get a job in your team?
A great deal of talent and a strong desire to succeed. Bon Jovi fascination is optional.
How are staff encouraged to hit targets?
We provide a working environment our team can thrive in, a hard-working atmosphere and the odd treat. Last year, we all took a weekend break to Marbella to celebrate a fantastic 2008.
Where do you let your hair down?
There is no finer location for the team than the all-you-can-eat buffet in our local Greek restaurant. Obviously, excessive drinking is essential.
