Who is the team leader?
We have various team leaders responsible for their departments, but the big boss is Michael Charnley-Heaton, who always leads by example. He set up the company in 1990 as the UK’s first specialist radio advertising agency and we’re still by far the biggest and most experienced team of agency radio professionals.
What’s in your in-tray?
It’s normally full of presentations from radio stations, helping us ensure we’re on top of our game, plus a few invites to the latest jollies.
Where do you get your inspiration?
The advertisers and agencies we work with provide the inspiration and drive we need to ensure we keep pushing the boundaries with innovative ideas. And of course, our chairman, the legendary Stan Park, is always on hand to offer his motivational speeches when needed.
Media we can’t live without?
Radio, obviously.
Preferred lunching venues?
Charlotte Street Hotel, Roka, Elena’s and The Sanderson play a regular part in the lunching lives of our chief executive and chairman. For the rest of us, if we’re not in the office, you’ll find us in Potion Bar or The Lukin.
Most memorable night out?
The time we hijacked a rickshaw in central London. After taking it in turns to pedal down Oxford Street, the police were kind enough to pull us over and inform us that rickshaws weren’t built for eight people.

Advice to graduates?
You’ve got to be able to work hard and play hard – partying all night is no excuse for being late for work.
