Who is the team leader?
Claire Myerscough has a wealth of experience and a high profile, which helps drive our team forward and promote the work we do. She is a fantastic spokesperson for the team and knows how to get things done. She also likes her champers.

What's in your in-tray?
A draft questionnaire for the fourth wave of our Consumer Eye survey, research proposals, the results from our latest YouGov Quick Poll question, vox pop edits from our Style magazine reader focus groups and swine flu sanitiser wipes.

What inspires you?
The diverse minds of the people in our team. We are lucky enough to have a team who all think and work in a way that really helps projects and insights come together, covering every angle. We are also inspired by the world around us, the exciting clients we work with and, of course, Mr Murdoch.

Media we can't live without?

Reading our five titles a day keeps us occupied, as do the iPhone, BlackBerry (when it works), Sky+, and The Apprentice when it's on. Our current team favourites are Dragons' Den and Animal Autopsy.

Preferred lunching venues?

We don't have much choice as we're based in Wapping and lunch is for wimps.

Most memorable night out?
Killer darts at the Pepperpot - a local gem of a pub and a fantastic turnout every time. One for the ditch...?

Advice to graduates starting out in media?
Be knowledgeable about the market as a whole, ask lots of questions and stick your neck out.

If we ruled the world...
We would appoint Barack Obama to write our presentations so our insights could be more world class. To help us day to day, Krispy Kreme doughnuts would be available on tap for the ladies in the team, and all the boys would have volume controls to turn down their dull sports banter.
