Two open-top buses transported the team from home ground Stamford Bridge, along Fulham Road, down Hortensia Road, along King's Road and New King's Road. At Eel Brook Common the buses stopped to allow interviews with key members of the team which were broadcast live to the crowd via a big screen and PA system.
