Ink takes over the contract from Luxury Publishing, after it won out in a competitive pitch.
The quarterly title will relaunch in July and be available onboard PrivatAir's fleet of aircraft and at selected luxury hotels in Europe and the Middle East.
It will also be mailed directly to PrivatAir's clients across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the United States.
The title will have a distribution of about 200,000 copies and will feature an editorial mix of art, fashion, food and travel
Ink Publishing is a dominant player in publishing airline magazines and its clients include easyJet, Ryanair and Thomas Cook.
Earlier this year, the publisher won the brief to publish Vision, a new in-flight entertainment magazine for Thai Airways, following a competitive pitch.
The win also follows that of the brief to publish United Airline's in-flight magazine, Hemisphere, following a competitive pitch.
