The London-based contract publisher will open a new office in Singapore to produce the magazine for Tiger Airways, the Singapore Airlines-owned no-frills operation launched in September 2004.
Ink claimed the new magazine would reach 700,000 passengers a quarter and also marks a move into the Asia market.
Jeffrey O鈥橰ourke, chief executive of Ink Publishing, said: 鈥淚t is a significant addition to our portfolio and reinforces Ink Publishing鈥檚 position as a leading international publisher with global capabilities.
鈥淚t鈥檚 especially pleasing because opening our Singapore office gives us a strong foothold in Asia and makes us the first and only in-flight publisher to be able to deliver on a truly global scale.鈥
Ink recently won the contract to produce CNN鈥檚 bi-monthly global travel magazine, CNN Traveller, alongside contract titles for EasyJet, Virgin Express, AirTran Airways and British Mediterranean Airways.
