Ingram remains at Tempus despite the exit of senior team

Chris Ingram is remaining at his Tempus post for the time being

despite the departure of his senior management team.

Tempus' chief executive, David Reich, the company secretary, Tony

Richardson, and the group financial director, Ashley Martin, are

leaving. Sources said Ingram was "still turning up for work", although

he was unavailable to comment on speculation that he was being courted

by Havas - the protagonist of the aborted takeover of Tempus.

Mediaedge:CIA has completed its merger process. The agency will have

four client groups each led by a director. The new directors are: Carol

Middleton, Ian Redman (formerly of The Media Edge) and the ex-CIA staff

Andy Bolden and Andrew Napier.

The former Media Edge strategist, Steve Hatch, becomes the head of

strategy and the former CIA vice-chairman, David Fletcher, has become

the head of the research arm Medialab.
