Distribution points will include key London commuter areas and door drops in London residential areas.

There will also be distribution in city centres and commuter stations outside London.

It is  also being distributed at 378 student locations and 100 corporate locations.

The Independent, which is owned by Russian businessman Alexander Lebedev, is supporting the switch to an AV voting system.

It claims to be the only national newspaper that has no allegiance to a political party.
