
The Brussels-based shop, which was set up in 1990, employs 35 staff and offers clients corporate and consumer public relations, financial communications and internal communications services.
PR Force clients include Aventis, Colgate-Palmolive, Delta Lloyd, Diageo, Nike, Packard Bell, PepsiCo, Picanol, Procter & Gamble, Roche, Staples and Toyota Industrial Equipment.
For the year ending December 31 2001, PR Force had gross revenues of 拢3.2m and profit before taxation of 拢600,000. As well as the 拢2.9m cash payment Incepta will issue 1.42m new ordinary shares of 1p each in Incepta.
David Wright, executive chairman of Incepta, said: "Incepta continues to place priority on the development of a pan-European network offering our clients excellence across our range of communication disciplines. The acquisition of PR Force is a further step in the development of Incepta's presence in the region."
He added: "Together with Citigate First Financial in Amsterdam, the transaction will enable PR Force to offer unparalleled excellence for financial public relations and investor relations in the Benelux region."
