IDS promotes sales staff in restructure

Interactive Digital Sales has announced a restructure of its sales team, which it claims will integrate the operation more closely with content business, Flextech.

Executive sales director James Wildman, who has been heading the operation since the departure of managing director Mark Howe in August, made the move after Telewest merger partner NTL announced keeping Flextech was a "key part" of its future plans.

Wildman has created a string of associated director positions, promoting Nigel Johnson, Andy Atkinson (agency sales), Nicola Jones (client development), Guy Martin (commercial development), Sarah Goldman (business strategy) Sara Leask (airtime management), Sinead Greenaway (central operations) and Beverly Clarke (insight).

Wildman said: "I am thrilled that we are able to invest in the team and capitalise on the exceptional year we are enjoying.

"These promotions are testament to the success of the reengineering process we started across the business three years ago, which places consumers and advertisers at the heart of our business."
