IDM Guru series to host DM expert Sean Kelly

LONDON - Sean Kelly, the founder of Data Warehouse Network, is to be its third guest speaker at the IDM Guru series later this month.

Kelly's Customer Intelligence Masterclass is expected to draw upon his expertise in shifting businesses from a mass marketing approach to a one-to-one dialogue with consumers. The all-day event will be held in Knightsbridge on March 21.

Joanna King, IDM programme director, said: "In today's business environment, it's widely acknowledged that marketers who rely on traditional mass marketing methods simply won't be able to compete with differentiated marketing based on superior customer intelligence. Sean is not only an expert on the subject, but also a gifted speaker who never fails to both compel and inspire."

The IDM Guru series began in May 2005. Kelly's latest book 'Customer Intelligence - From Data to Dialogue' was published by Wiley in January.
