Ice Age 3 Chessington experiential campaign: pictures

Merlin Entertainments Group, creative agency Designwerk and set design company Helix 3D joined forces to create an Ice Age 3 experiential event at Chessington World of Adventures and Zoo.

Kids movie Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs opens today (1 July), and the group has created a "voyage of discovery" through a chilled ice cave and in to a humid hidden jungle world with "immersive interactive zones along" the way.

The project, brokered by Merlin Entertainments Group head of sponsorship Jonathan Lewis is co-funded by Twentieth Century Fox, Unilever Wall's and Chessington World of Adventures.

"The Ice Age 3 Adventure is a great way for visitors of the park to get really up close and personal with the Ice Age brand. The reaction we've had from our guests has been fantastic, with more than 16,500 having gone through the attraction in the first week alone," said Lewis.

Lewis added he hoped to produce more such tie-ins.
