The company, which operates a numbers of hotel brands including Park Hyatt, Andaz and Hyatt Regency, had worked with a number of agencies on a project basis previously.

It operates four hotels in the UK: two Hyatt Regency hotels in central London and Birmingham, a Hyatt Place at Heathrow Airport, and an Andaz in London’s Liverpool Street.

MullenLowe London (known as DLKW Lowe before this year) is on hand to produce specific UK works and adaptions. It is understood Hyatt wants to use advertising to better differentiate its brands.

PHD won Hyatt’s global digital media planning and buying in 2011.
