HSBC brings back its localised campaign across 12 UK cities and selected London boroughs.
The bank brings to light the many ways in which British communities have been influenced by the wider world. For example, Manchester’s personalised ad reads: "Japan gave the world karaoke, Manchester gave us Wonderwall". Further north, another ad boasts: "China gave the world tea, Yorkshire made it proper."
The campaign will include localised out-of-home, print and social executions, and will be supported by the return of HSBC’s "global citizen" TV spot, starring Travel Man’s Richard Ayoade.
The work was created by Craig Hunt, James Humphries, James Lucking, Will Wright, Jaspar McIver, Zebedee Devey, Daisy Bard, Orla O’Connor, Hannah Row and Zara Drake. The media agency is PHD.
