Paul Simons, the former Ogilvy & Mather chief, has taken over as the interim chief executive at Walsh Trott Chick Smith. Last year, Walsh Trott joined Cagney, the holding company set up by Simons, which also includes the consultancy Brand Aid and PR agency The Media Foundry.
