The London mayor, Ken Livingstone, has lodged an official complaint with the London Taxi Drivers Association about the organisation's current outdoor campaign that pokes fun at unlicensed minicabs. Livingstone, through Transport for London, has demanded that the posters, created by Odiorne Wilde Narraway + Partners, are removed.
