Hotline: Kellogg acquires Pringles

Kellogg has acquired the snack-foods brand Pringles from Procter & Gamble in a $2.7 billion deal. The ad account for Pringles is currently held by Grey Worldwide, while Leo Burnett looks after the Kellogg business. The deal is expected to complete in the summer.
