ITV Sales has made two appointments following the departure of Mark Butterfield, the head of advertiser relations. Alex Plumb joins from McCann Erickson, where she was an account director, and Jane Carroll joins from MediaCom, where she was also an account director. Butterfield left the company without a job to go to.
