The headhunter Grace Blue has appointed Zoe Bell, the former head of TV at Mother, as a creative partner and Sarah Callis, from the innovation company ?WhatIf!, as a creative consultant. They are Grace Blue's first hirings to come from a creative background. The headhunter was set up five years ago by Gay Haines, Jay Haines and Juliet Timms, formerly partners in Kendall Tarrant.
