Hotline: The ASA upholds complaint from WWF

The Advertising Standards Authority has upheld a complaint from WWF that Shell's environmental claims in a recent ad were false.

To highlight the ban, WWF has launched a digital poster campaign emphasising that Shell used non-sustainable projects to promote its green credentials. The WWF ad, created by Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw, will run every six minutes at Waterloo Station this week.
