The Hotel and Catering Show, held from 10-11 March at Bournemouth International Centre, attracted 3,000 visitors, a 10% rise on last year.
Organised by the CEM Group, the event showcased companies from the south of England from sectors including food and drink, catering equipment, technology and workwear.
"Visitor numbers have exceeded our expectations this year. The economic challenges businesses are facing has not deterred visitors from attending the show," said show organiser Anna Wallis.
